Delivery Policy
Mama Sales processes orders from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed within this timeframe will be processed on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery charges depend on the location of the retailer and will be displayed during the order booking process. These charges cover the cost of shipping and handling to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely.
Mama Sales currently delivers goods within Noida. Delivery to other areas is not available at this time. We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, deliveries are subject to the availability of our seller partners.
We aim to deliver your goods on the same day, based on the availability of our seller partners. Upon delivery, please check your order immediately. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged products if they are not reported at the time of delivery. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team promptly for assistance.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or refund by contacting our customer support team. The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide the order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect product and process a replacement or refund as needed.
